Hello
Dr. Cliff Kuhn's Thought for the Week
Most of us would love to have more creativity
and energy, correct? But, few of us have
the time to spend learning to do something new.
That's why the natural medicine of humor is so
powerful! Because to use this medicine to
maximze your health, happiness, and success, you
don't need to learn anything new!
Take one of my Fun Factor prescription's Fun
Commandments - Act and Interact. Are children
born with fear? No, of course not. So... we
all understand that we had to learn our fears.
And we were great students!
By the time we reach adulthood, most of
us learn to listen to our fears and use
them to guide our lack of interactions. Oh,
we justify our fear-based, "high-wall" security
with labels that make it all seem okay:
"I'm just being realistic," "I don't want to
get hurt," or "I don't like those people."
Whatever we tell ourselves, all we're really
doing is shutting out the inconvenient,
unknown, or unpredictable parts of our
world. And when we do that, we're circumventing
our health, happiness, and success. Because
acting and interacting freely and openly infuses
the natural medicine of humor with rocket
fuel!
Act and interact today - openly and freely! Like
you did when you were a child! Tear down your
walls! See...you don't always have to learn
something new to experience incredible
benefits!
When you act and interact openly today, you
will not only experience an explosion of
creativity and energy...but you will also
cause people to be attracted to you without even
realizing why! That's the power of humor's
natural medicine!

Some Humor for the Week
My wife has stopped taking tranquilizers. She
was starting to be nice to people she didn't
even want to talk to!
When my mind goes blank, I often forget to
turn off the sound!
