"Humor Quiz"

Cliff Kuhn

This humor quiz is designed to help you gauge your attitudes, aptitudes, and actions regarding laughter. Answer the questions as honestly as you can because your authentic responses will give you a real feel for your use of laughter.

You know, thanks to Dr. Lee Berk and Dr. Stanley Tan of Loma Linda University in California, that laughter activates your immune system and decreases your stress hormones.

You don't need a humor quiz to know, thanks to Dr. Michael Miller of the University of Maryland Medical Center that laughter is the best medicine when it comes to protecting your heart.

Neither do you need a humor quiz to know that laughter lowers your blood pressure, gives your body a good workout, and improves your brain function.

And you certainly don't need a humor quiz to know you're sick and tired of being sick and tired. You've had it with not achieving your potential in both your personal and your professional life. You've decided that you will no longer let the incredible natural medicine of humor sit idle within your personal chemistry.

Why Take the Humor Quiz?

Take this humor quiz to ensure that you're using humor to its fullest extent. Because humor is so accessible, abundant, and powerful, you don't want to leave any of it "on the table." You're only cheating yourself if you do; so take this humor quiz to maximize your health, happiness, and success.

I designed this humor quiz because people often say, "Dr. Kuhn, I love humor and I love to laugh, but how do I know if I use it enough? Do you have some kind of humor quiz I can take?" Yes, I do have a humor quiz...and here it is. Take this quiz and you'll no longer need to worry about whether you're using humor enough to be your happiest, healthiest, and most successful.

As you answer each question be as honest as you can, imagining how you would typically react to each scenario.
